Key Roles and Responsibilities
Aark Developers is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager. She will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. She will handle day-to-day interactions with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves on-site work and is based in Dubai.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing property sales transactions from start to finish, nurturing relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. She is expected to collaborate closely with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
She should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
She should have luxury real estate sales experience in the UAE.
She must be multi-lingual.
She should have strong ability to build and maintain relationships, customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
She should have knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
She must exhibit attention to detail and organizational skills
She must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
